Compliance Management System

Our corporate culture is built on mutual respect and fairness – both internally and in our relationships with business partners. Our Compliance Management System (CMS) embeds appropriate measures within the company that aim to ensure compliance with national and international laws, voluntary commitments, and internal guidelines. The management takes the issue of compliance very seriously and expects it to be embraced and implemented with the same level of commitment by all employees and business partners. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal behaviour and violations of our compliance management system. This applies in particular to any form of misconduct, such as fraud, corruption, unlawful collusion, coercion, or obstruction of investigations. We are convinced that behaviour in accordance with our rules is important for safeguarding our business model in the long term.

Organisationally, the compliance process is integrated into our Integrated Management System and into the process workflows of the corporate group. This is where the procedural and structural rules and processes are defined. The highest body within the organisational structure of the Compliance Management System is the Compliance Board, which includes the management of the head office, the Compliance Officer of the Fichtner Group, the Compliance Representative, and the Works Council
