Our Quality Standard

Ruppmann places great importance on maintaining the highest quality standards in its specialized plant engineering services. That is why it is extremely important to us to carefully select staff and to prioritise the monitoring of quality. It is to ensure our ultimate goal: the success and satisfaction of our customers.

There are specifically adapted quality assurance measures for various projects, which are carried out in accordance with corresponding quality assurance concepts.

We have been certified in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards since December 2017.

Integrated Management System

In cooperation with our parent company, Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG, we significantly improved our quality management system and expanded it into an integrated management system for compliance, quality, occupational safety and environmental protection. This enables us, as an independent company within the Fichtner Group, to continuously improve our business processes. We responded to market and customer requirements by developing pragmatic, standards-compliant solutions. In the course of further developing the management system, the company management of the Fichtner Group has defined compliance, quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection as key corporate objectives.

The integrated management system applicable to us and externally certified not only complies with the process-oriented approach of ISO 9001 for quality but also meets the requirements of ISO 14001 for environmental protection and the relevant compliance regulations.

The maintenance and continuous improvement of our high standards continues to be ensured thanks to feedback from day-to-day work and regular internal coordination. The fulfilment of requirements is verified through regular recertification by independent external auditors.
